Looking for a supportive environment, where young people can make new friends, build confidence, and face their fears and anxieties in a fun, relaxed setting? You came to the right place!

Our group encourages positive social interaction, helping participants develop stronger social skills while learning healthy ways to overcome challenges. Join us for a safe space to grow, connect, and thrive!

Teen (ages 14-18) Social Group: Active MEETS 5:30PM-6:30PM TUESDAYS

Kids (7-13) Social Group: Not Active…YET! You can still join now! BEGINS JULY 7TH THURSDAYS 10AM-11:30AM

What we do:

Activities and exercises designed to boost self-esteem and encourage self-expression.

Practicing conversation starters, active listening, and body language to improve communication.

Techniques for overcoming social anxieties, fears, and stress through mindful activities and gradual exposure.

Group challenges and projects that promote cooperation and teamwork, helping participants connect with peers.

Icebreakers and group games to help participants feel comfortable and make lasting friendships.

Exercises to foster a positive mindset, focusing on self-empowerment and emotional well-being.

Learning how to resolve disagreements and misunderstandings in a respectful, effective way

Safe opportunities to practice speaking in front of others, from sharing ideas to storytelling.

Fun, relaxing activities like breathing exercises and guided imagery to help manage stress.
